    ARTICULO 2003 .- La fianza será solidaria con el deudor principal, cuando así­ se hubiese estipulado, o cuando el fiador renunciare el beneficio de excusión de los bienes del deudor, o cuando el acreedor fuese la hacienda nacional o provincial.
