    ARTICULO 1156 .- La parte que hubiere aceptado la oferta ignorando la retractación del proponente, su muerte o incapacidad sobreviniente, y que a consecuencia de su aceptación hubiese hecho gastos o sufrido pérdidas, tendrá derecho a reclamar pérdidas e intereses.
