ARTICULO 680 del C.C. Velez Argentina

    ARTICULO 680 .- Son igualmente indivisibles las obligaciones de hacer con excepción de las comprendidas en el art. 670.


    Nota:680. SAVIGNY, § 32, núm. 2. L. 8 § 2 Dig. "de Verg. Oblig.". L. 80, § I, "ad Leg. Falc.". POTHIER: "Oblig." en el núm. 289, sostiene que las obligaciones de hacer o de no hacer pueden ser, ya divisibles o ya indivisibles, según fuese el hecho objeto de la obligación. MARCADE lo sigue; pero de los ejemplos que pone sólo se deduce que aquellos hechos que bajo un solo nombre envuelven muchos hechos, pueden dividirse y hacer resultar divisible la obligación; pero hablamos del simple hecho, y decimos que éste es indivisible, como serí­a la obligación de salir del paí­s, o de hacer una construcción, el "opus" de los romanos. La L. 80, § 1, que hemos citado, decí­a"...neque enin ullum balneum, aut ullum theatrum aut stadium fecisse intelligitur, qui ei propriam forman, quoe ex consumatione continguit non dederit".
