    ARTICULO 238 .-PROCEDENCIA



    ARTICULO 238 .-El recurso de reposición procederá únicamente contra las providencias simples, causen o no gravamen irreparable, a fin de que el juez o tribunal que las haya dictado las revoque por contrario imperio.
