ARTICULO 3331 del C.C. Velez Argentina

    ARTICULO 3331 .- El que aún no hubiere aceptado o repudiado la herencia, y hubiese ocultado o sustraí­do algunas cosas hereditarias teniendo otros coherederos, será considerado como que ha aceptado la herencia.

Las LL. 9 y 12, tí­t. 6, Part. 6ª, copiando a las leyes romanas, disponen lo contrario de nuestro artí­culo, cuando el heredero es extraño; pero cuando es heredero legí­timo están conformes con la resolución que damos.
