    ARTICULO 3321 .- El heredero presuntivo practica actos de heredero que importan la aceptación de la herencia, cuando dispone a tí­tulo oneroso o lucrativo de un bien mueble o inmueble de la herencia, o cuando constituye una hipoteca, una servidumbre, u otro derecho real sobre los inmuebles de la sucesión.
