    ARTICULO 1238 .- * Las donaciones hechas por las convenciones matrimoniales sólo tendrán efecto si el matrimonio se celebrase y no fuere anulado, salvo lo dispuesto en el art. 221, inc. 2º, respecto del matrimonio putativo.
