    ARTICULO 1060 .- Los actos nulos o anulables no pueden ser confirmados por las partes que tengan derecho a demandar o alegar la nulidad, antes de haber cesado la incapacidad o vicio de que ella provení­a, y no concurriendo ninguna otra que pueda producir la nulidad del acto de confirmación.
